What “activated” means
Three useful steps. Fourteen days.
A building activates when all three steps below are completed within 14 days of access. If they are not, the founding place is not secured.
If the window closes, normal workboard access stops. An owner or manager then has 30 days to prepare a bounded JSON manifest of the workboard data and record metadata. Uploaded file contents are not included, so download those separately before the window ends.

After the founding places
Planned later price
£39/building/month
No payment today. The planned price is for later customers; an eligible founding building keeps its core workboard at £0 forever after activation. Future optional services are excluded and may be priced separately.
