Founding ten · the first 10 activated buildings are free forever
Use one shared board to track actions from reports, inspections, meetings and emails. For every action, record who owns it, discuss what needs to happen, attach the relevant records and name the person who reviews it before closure.
Why it exists
Inspection findings might go into a spreadsheet, meeting actions into another list, decisions into email and photos onto somebody's phone. By the next meeting, the team has to piece together what is still open, who is responsible and what has changed.
ThreadGuard puts those actions in one shared workboard. Building managers and directors can see what is open, who owns it and what changed most recently.

This fictional Cedar Court item shows how a team can follow an action from an inspection finding through to a recorded review.

How it works
Each action keeps its source, owner, updates, decisions and review in one chronological record.
Attach the report, meeting note, email or observation that led to the action.
Record what needs doing, who owns it, its priority and its target date.
Keep questions, updates, decisions and supporting records on the action.
A named person checks the outcome and records why the action was closed or reopened.

Resident directors, block managers and advisers each use their own named account.
The founding ten
The entitlement belongs to the building, not an individual director or managing agent. Activation requires a completed building profile, a second named member and five genuine actions within 14 days.
The founding core includes unlimited named users and 10 GB of storage per building, subject to acceptable use. The £39 standard plan remains a hypothesis. We will publish the final scope, price and terms before payment opens. Optional services introduced later are not part of the free-forever founding offer.

ThreadGuard stores information entered by authorised users and keeps their discussions and decisions with each action. It does not inspect the building, assess whether work is sufficient, certify an outcome or provide professional or legal advice.
A status of “Closed” means a named user recorded the team's review. It is a record of that review, not a judgement by ThreadGuard.

Not in the founding release. ThreadGuard is a working space for the people coordinating actions. If we add a resident view later, it will be a separate area containing only information the building team has chosen to publish.

The first ten buildings that complete activation keep the core workboard for £0 for the lifetime of that building. It includes unlimited named users and 10 GB of storage, subject to acceptable use. Optional services added later will not be covered by the free-forever offer.
Normal workboard access closes. For the next 30 days, an owner or manager can prepare a size-limited JSON manifest after completing two-step verification in the same signed-in browser session. The manifest has row and size limits, with no export route currently promised for anything over those limits. Uploaded files are not included, so download them separately before the 14-day activation window ends.
Start with one building
Applications are open. A free-forever place is secured only when an eligible building completes activation while founding capacity remains.
